No. The line has to be in an active state to transfer credit.

Yes you can. However, you will remain in the grace period until you recharge the line and it is back to active state.

The Credit Transfer service is an extremely safe and secure channel to transfer credit. The sender always receives a confirmation prompt before completing the transfer and a confirmation message after the completion of the transfer.

VIVA Family and Friends is a service for Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers. This service provides subscribers with reduced calling rates to a set of frequently called numbers.

Family & Friends is activated for free for VIVA Prepaid subscribers. VIVA Prepaid subscribers can set up to 5 preferred numbers in their Family & Friends list and will receive a discount of 10% on voice calls. The 5 numbers can be made of the three following combinations: • 2 International numbers (10% discount on calls) • 2 on-net (10% discount on calls only) • 1 off-net (10% Discount on calls only) The first 5 changes are free, 200 fils will be charged per additional change

You can modify your Family & Friends list using the following channels: - USSD command - SMS command - The Self Care portal on viva.com.bh - Calling 124 (IVR) - Talking to a Customer Care Representative

• Type *125*3# and Send. • Send “activate FF3” by SMS to 125. • Call 124 and follow the instructions. • Call 124 and ask a Customer Care Representative to activate the service.

• To add a number: *125*1*number# • To modify a number: *125*1*old_number*new_number# • To query Family and Friends list: Send “inquire FF” by SMS to 125 • Call 124 and follow the instructions to manage Family and Friends list • Call 124 and ask a Customer Care Representative to modify the list Note: The first 5 changes are free, 200 fils will thereafter be charged per additional change
