VIVA Family and Friends

VIVA Family and Friends provides you with a discount on calls to a specified list of family members and friends.

VIVA Postpaid customers can subscribe to VIVA Family and Friends for 1.5 BD per month and get 25% discount on calls to 5 numbers of their choice. VIVA Postpaid customers can choose up to 3 off-net numbers (Batelco, Zain or Fixed line) and 2 International numbers.

VIVA Prepaid customers are subscribed to VIVA Family and Friends by default and get 10% discount on calls to 5 numbers of their choice. VIVA Prepaid customers can choose up to 1 off-net numbers (Batelco, Zain or Fixed line), 2 International numbers and 2 on-net number (VIVA).

How to Activate VIVA Family and Friends?

Type *125*3# and Send
Send "activate FF3" by SMS to 125
Call 124 and follow the instructions to activate VIVA Family and Friends
Call 124 and ask a customer service representative to activate VIVA Family and Friends

How to configure my VIVA Family and Friends list?

To add a number: *125*1*number#
To modify a number: *125*1*old_number*new_number#
To query Family and Friends list: Send "inquire FF" by SMS to 125
Call 124 and follow the instructions to manage VIVA Family and Friends list
Call 124 and ask a customer service representative to manage VIVA Family and Friends list

Note: VIVA Postpaid and VIVA Prepaid customers can change up to 5 numbers for free each month. Once you exceed this limit, each subsequent change will cost 200 fils per change.
