To recharge your line:
- Dial *100* followed by the recharge code and the # sign (e.g. *100*xxxxxxxxxxxx#) then click Send.
- Dial 100 and follow the instructions
- Receive credit from another VIVA Prepaid account to your account (e.g. to transfer x BD to 33xxxxxx, send *121*x*33xxxxxx) (for more information on the VIVA Credit Transfer service, please click here)
To check your balance:
- Dial *101# then click Send.
