- To subscribe, just send ON to 122 by SMS
- Upon subscription, you will get a VIVA Jingle for free, which you can keep for 90 Days
- To select a song to set as your Ring Back Tone, call 122 (for free)
- If no Ring Back Tone is downloaded within 90 days of subscription, the VIVA Jingle RBT shall be removed
- You will be charged 0.5 BD per ring back tone downloaded
How to use VIVA Ring Back Tone?
VIVA Ring Back Tone is available through 2 channels whereby you can operate and experience the service:
1) On the phone:
To manage your Ring Back Tone service, dial 122, you will be directed to choose the operation you wish to accomplish such as browsing categories of Rings such as Top 10; latest uploads; pre-listening to a Ring; downloading a Ring and setting a Ring; turning a Ring on and off. The instructions is available in Arabic and English.
2) Through our website:
To manage your Ring Back Tone service, click this link (RBT web site). The link will connect you to a page where you can manage your ringtones, through options such as browsing, viewing latest uploads, pre-listening, downloading, setting rings and turning Rings on and off. The instructions is available in Arabic and English.
3) SMS:
By sending a short message to 122, you can send commands to the system to order and configure your tone. The list of short messages that a customer can use are categorised as following:
| Buy a ring | Send BUY followed by ring code to 122 Example: If ring code is 789, then the command is: BUY 789 |
| To set a ring to a specific mobile number | Send ASSIGN followed by ring code followed by the number of the other party to 122 Example: If ring code is 789 and mobile number is 33012030, then command is: ASSIGN 789 33012030 |
| To set Ring as default ring | Send SET followed by ring code to 122 Example: If ring code is 789, then command is: SET 789 |
| To delete a ring from album | Send DEL followed by ring code to 122 Example: If ring code is 789,then command is: DEL 789 |
| To send Ring as a gift | Send GIFT followed by ring code followed by the receiver mobile number Example: If ring code is 789 and mobile number is 33012030, then command is: GIFT 789 33012030 |
| To enquire about rings in your album | Please send Q to 122 |
| To enquire about latest rings | Please send QL to 122 |
| To enquire about rings set as default | Please send QD to 122 |
