To access VIVA Land on your mobile, visit the VIVA Portal bookmark received upon activation of your VIVA line. If you did not save the VIVA Portal bookmark, go to your phone's browser and go to the home page , it should take you to VIVA Land page by default.

How can you download content or subscribe to a channel from VIVA Land?

Simply browse the viva land through your phone's browser and choose your favorite content, by pressing on the content you will automatically download it to your mobile or activate an SMS/MMS subscription. Or, browse the VIVA Land menu from your sim menu , once you locate a service that you like , press on the "Subscribe" button .

How can you deactivate a service from VIVA Land?

In order to deactivate a subscription service you subscribed to on VIVA Land, visit “My Subscriptions” section in the “Personal Area” on VIVA Land WAP portal from your mobile or call our Customer Care Center at 124
